[Column] Who Is to Blame for Corona Virus in South Korea

“너희들 아무도 움직이지마!”
"Don't you dare moving even your butt!"

...tho, it would be impossible to absolutely make every single person not moving thier butt.

I am very confident that the society you live in does not too different from it, is it? For example, during the class hours, some students still make noise althogh teacher told them not to.

Another example? in Korea, we have an exercise called Nabi Chezo, meaning butterfly gymnastics or butterfly jumps. Most of the trainers often order trainees not to shout for the last count, but trust me, it always happens that some trainees make mistakes(shout for the last count).

We know that seeing those who does something that was supposed not to is not so impressive, I mean... it is very naturraly happening even now. we also know that we cannot absolutely fix it right.
Being said that, whatever the 'Self-Isolation' is, some people follow the rule or policy and some do not. This is so natural that we are not supposed to be surprised.

Then now, who do we truely have to blame for spreading Wuhan Corona Virus (so called Corona-19)? The child who did not follow the order the teacher told? the trainee who shout the last count? No, not even single person in my example is supposed to be because their acts are very natural.

That is it. We should not blame anyone who spread the disease after being infected but the person who are charged for this whole issue at the first hand, politicians.

They heard the voice from the union of Doctors in South Korea, but they told the citizens everything will just be fine.

Now what is happening? more than 10 people died for Corona, and more than 1,700 people are infected.

Those politicians had power deciding for blocking people who are infected, but they did not take that action.

...라고 해도 한명도 빠짐없이 이를 이행할 수 있는 확률은 지극히 낮다.

당신이 살고있는 사회도 그렇지 않은가? 수업시간에 떠들지 말라고 해도 떠드는 아이들은 꼭 있다. 나비체조의 마지막 구령은 넣지말라고 했는데 지키지 않는 사람이 꼭 있었다. 하지말라는데 하는 사람들을 보면 ...증오스럽고 짜증나기도 했을 것 이다. 그런데 어쩌랴! 그게 사람 사는 세상인 것을

애초에 자가격리니 뭐니 떠들어대도 들을 사람은 듣고 안들을 사람은 안듣는다. 이것은 지극히 인간적이고 자연스럽다는 것을 말하고 싶다.

그럼 우리는 누구를 욕하고 미워해야할까? 수업시간에 선생님의 말을 듣지 않은 아이일까? 나비체조의 마지막 구령을 넣은 사람일까? 그 누구도 아니다.
